Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Flight Bookings

Before 72 hours of departure: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee

24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours: No refund (airline policy applies)

No-show: No refund

Note: Airline cancellation charges are additional and vary by carrier.

2. Hotel Bookings

Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in (on eligible bookings)

24-48 hours before check-in: One night charge

Less than 24 hours / No-show: Full charge

3. Hajj & Umrah Packages

90+ days before departure: Full refund minus ₹5,000 processing fee

60-90 days: 75% refund

30-60 days: 50% refund

15-30 days: 25% refund

Less than 15 days: No refund

4. Visa Services

Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate. If cancelled before submission, a 50% refund of service charges applies. Embassy fees are non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
Amount is credited to the original payment method
Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
For UPI/wallet payments, refund is instant to 48 hours

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, we will offer full credit for future travel or refund minus actual costs incurred.
