Sargul Travels provides travel booking services including but not limited to:

• Hajj and Umrah package bookings
• Flight reservations (domestic and international)
• Hotel accommodations
• Visa processing assistance
• Transport and transfer services
• Holiday and tour packages

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full or as per the installment plan agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary by service type and provider. Please refer to the specific booking terms provided at the time of reservation. Cancellation charges may apply as per our Refund Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal and travel information
• Ensure valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.)
• Comply with airline, hotel, and destination country regulations
• Arrive at departure points on time

6. Visa Disclaimer

Sargul Travels provides visa assistance and documentation support only. The grant, rejection, processing time and fees of any visa are decided solely by the respective embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Service charges paid to Sargul Travels are for facilitation and are separate from embassy/consular fees, which are non-refundable. Travelers are responsible for ensuring their passport validity, supporting documents and eligibility for the destination country.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sargul Travels acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service failures caused by airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the booking fees paid to us.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and software is the property of Sargul Travels and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
